Hello,
I was banned for bug abuse, likely due to the UB solar panel I planted. I was unaware at the time that this was considered bug abuse. However, I now understand my mistake and sincerely apologize for it. I assure you that I will not repeat this behavior. I kindly request that you consider reducing the ban period so that I can collect the rewards from the school event, for which I worked hard to earn.
