Hello Dear Sir,
I was just in server and saw one person doing GR 3.1 + GR 3.2, as the word he mentioned means OOC insult which comes under GR 3.1 and seconly he mentioned relatives which is GR 3.2.
I believe maybe Yashwant taken wrong decision, SO I Kindly request you to see this matter and take right decision
