The reviewing adminstrator clearly fails to understand/read what has been reported, like you can clearly see in the evidence someone randomly pulling up to someone's house and pointing guns is not how RP works as we all know. I'd love to see how this admin has called this situation as an 'RP' situation. Now before you say this is EN2, as long as I've played GRP you need a proper roleplay or a situation to involve guns/shoot or give them demands. I'd like the curator to review how some randoms pulling up to house and giving non rp demands (where there was nothing going on, no roleplay, but some bs created to random deathmatch the people) I get they're media doesn't mean the reviewing adminstrator gets to deny without even reading the title of the report.

The admin replied "Demands were clearly given" yet there was no roleplay to create that part where demands should be given, again parts of the city behind the vinewood sign are counted as "city" and as long as I remember it was prohibited to RDM in city? As long as there's no reason(solar panel stealing or something), the reviewing admin clearly denies to read the report title and considered the footage as a RP one guess it just takes time to learn
