Ballas member ID 137104 made UB demands, asking for both unlimited time along with spike removal in the free passage, which is not allowed as only one demand can be made (timestamp 8:42). Despite clarifications from the admin and me, they continued. They also repeatedly paused RP without reason, which is FailRP (timestamps 9:13, 3:05, and 2:09).
When one hostage got a code A, we requested demands for the remaining hostage, but Ballas refused, attempting to halt RP again. Admin asked ID 137104 for proof of the code A, but he became aggressive, trying to deceive the admin (timestamp 4:13). He also continued RP during the admin situation while acting like a gangster.
Ballas later fled with the hostage, violating the rule requiring 4 people and 2 cars for a hostage. The driver (ID 175117) UB drove a car without tires (timestamp 21:07). When they realized their mistakes, they killed the hostage despite full compliance from LEOs (timestamp 24:23), which is another instance of FailRP.
