ID 123960, clearly a gangster, had no legitimate way of knowing my identity. Yet, he used my ID visible on his screen to call out, 'It's Bam,' without me ever showing him my ID or passport. This is a clear case of metagaming (MG), as he used OOC information for IC benefit.

In the second POV (link provided below), the individual randomly states 'speaking OOC' during an ongoing RP situation. However, he neither sought permission from those involved to switch to OOC nor showed any hesitation in breaking character during a proper RP/IC scenario, violating the immersion and flow of the RP by Mixing.

Insufficient evidence to prove Meta Gaming as POV is not from beginning of Situation + No Mixing he clearly told Speaking OOC it is totally fine​
