Dear Team,
Due to personal issues, I sold my computer more than a year ago and had no connection to GrandRP because I didn’t own a computer and therefore couldn’t play. I didn’t share my login details with anyone else, and they were never passed on to any third party – they always remained with me. However, after 1-2 years, I got a computer again and downloaded everything I needed, only to find that my login details were no longer valid for both Steam and Rockstar Games. Even my Discord account, where I had saved all my GrandRP login details in a server, was hacked.
As a result, I had to purchase new Steam and Rockstar accounts. When I tried to log into GrandRP servers DE1, DE3, and ENG3 using my login details, none of them worked, and I found that my accounts were banned. I left the servers without any active bans at the time, and certainly without a ban for cheating. I then started on DE1 and contacted technical support to recover my login details, which I successfully did. However, I was required to submit a request for an unban due to rule 1.4, and this was accepted.
At present, I have my account back for DE1 and ENG3, but I am still missing the unban. All the accounts that I lost are blocked. Now, I see that my DE3 account (ID: 24255) is banned for cheating x3. I have to admit that during my active time, I did receive a legitimate cheating ban and served the 60-day penalty, which is visible. However, this was a long time ago, and I now see a cheating x3 ban that I have no connection to.
Since my DE1 and ENG3 accounts were also hacked, I assume that my DE3 account was compromised as well. I would like to request an unban, and I am willing to have the account wiped if necessary. I just want to recover all of my accounts.
