Hello, I didn't even know that I have state leader blacklist until I applied for NG leadership yesterday. Apparently an incident which to happen last year caused regarding punishment. I was accused with targeting organisation but couldn't defend myself with proofs before.
In that time I was spending time in LifeInvader and was chasing Roleplays. After an article I have written and published ( of course with approval of leader and curators) regarding to corruption in FIB, I've got investigated by admins and found as targeting organisation with ooc informations etc. However, I've never used any OOC information and my aim was never to target any organisation. I was only trying to improve RolePlay and have wider perspective of RP. I have been playing in this server for over 2.5 years and I respect the rules, I would never violate such these rules. To remind the situation I am going to submit regarding article and the POV's that I was gathering information only ICly.
