When we were patrolling we saw unconscious person and we saw few people with Body Armor on them . So we went to investigate the situation. So the situation required that we check the identification of people at the crime scene. And when we ask for the identification they call the wizards. Frost Ashford came there and he told us that we as FIB cannot request to Identification in this situation.
Clearly as we saw an unconscious person, and previously got reports of open carrying and heard gunshots, we had a probable cause . Now I know that the gunshots or the reports of open carrying were not captured in the video yet as you can see an unconscious person is enough to deem as a probable cause. For the same, identification which was asked for by my colleague was right and also in my opinion i believe the situation, if kept IC without interruption would have turned out to be a great roleplay situation.
