I received a penalty for random killing, but in fact I did not commit any random killing!!!
The one with the ID 62817 came and stole the Money machine in front of our eyes, and now he stole, so I have the right to shoot him without any request because he robbed me!!
Now let's suppose he robbed my house or my car, this is theft and I have the right to shoot him, why do I have the right because he now owns my things and I want them back like the car issue when you kill the thief the car is returned and so on with the Money machine when you kill the thief we can take it from the bank right! I didn't shoot him randomly or without a reason !

He came back 14 minutes ago to the same place and he is preparing to fight we must forget what happened and not return to the same place until after 15 minutes?
Why was the person not punished!!
