Dear Admins,
I would like to bring to your attention a violation of the rules by Leo Malone, as referenced in the forum. Specifically, in POV #1 of Leo Malone at the timestamp 2:40 to 2:45, he is not recording all the overlays, which is a clear violation of General Rule 6.17. This violation is evident in his own forum submission. If he attempts to delete that POV to escape punishment, I have already collected proof in my own POV, recorded between the timestamps 1:40 to 1:47, showing the same violation of General Rule 6.17.
In addition, I have a backup of his original POV, and at the timestamp 2:40 to 2:45, it clearly shows the violation. If Leo deletes his POV to avoid consequences, I request that you review my backup and take appropriate action to ensure justice is served.
