2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
At the LSPD, we know that many new players consider us their first point of contact and it is our hope that everyone, be it a new player or a seasoned one feels at home and comfortable. We want to create a sense of family amongst the players. We want to create a community whereby we help each other grow and learn. We want to have fun, but also be professionals, there is no need to be overly formal. Everybody should be respected, everybody should be supported and we must all try to be good role models. For this reason, I have also been educated not to repeat the same errors that other leaders have, and even more so myself when I say I have made serious errors in several head of staff positions, so now I know how I want to go ahead in our future. In order to keep our department physically fit and intact, we are ready to stick to fair promotions, realistic targets and metrics that get us promoted. We know the cancer that favoritism brings, nepotism is also a big no so as to prevent this, we will conduct assessments and interviews to ensure those proposed for promotion are trustworthy and good at their jobs. Our focus isn’t about expanding our numbers for the sake of just increasing the headcount but to recruit skilled personnel who live the ideals of our organization. We can work together to make LSPD a place where everyone is inspired and ready to give it their all.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We want to transform the LSPD into not only the most recognized police department in our city but also the most hospitable department as well. Having a positive ambiance at the workplace is very important for me: people who take pleasure in their work are more efficient in service delivery to the society.To help our new officers more effectively, I will select the best Human resorces (HRs) who will interact with them during their traineeship and provide support whenever needed.No new idea can take root without forming strong interpersonal relationships with other legal organizations. I want to develop harmonious relationships with others for conflict resolution and increased collaboration.Lastly, to encourage staff members to perform well, I will implement a new bonus structure that is based on weekly performance and achievement of set targets. I believe that by rewarding our officers, it will motivate all others to perform to their best abilities and make the LSPD the best in all aspects.
========THE DEPARTMENTS========
1.Human Resources: Prior to hiring them, this section of the department will evaluate new applicants and issue them with batch numbers as well as training new officers. Additionally, they will allocate positions and modify the organizational’s list of members.
2.Internal Affairs: This section of the organization will oversee the video logs and imagery, body cameras, law enforcement vehicles, licenses and other documentations for the officers and the organization as a whole. They will also enforce disciplinary procedures for officers’ wrongdoings.
3.Parking Enforcement: The function of this Department Will Be To Locate The Vehicles That Are Found To Be Illegally Parked And Issue Tickets Or Tow These Vehicles. They Get Additional Bonuses Laura James According To Their Work.
4.SWAT: Area who works in this department will Effectively be the ones in charge of dealing with and responding to locution and robberies. And because of this they are not utilizing heavy machinery. Furthermore, they will be searching for cannabis in Georgia and utilizing Industrial movements to obtain proof of gangs.
5.The Intelligence department (ID): What this particular department does is collect evidence and put a cross on the facts. They can go undercover and obtain evidence and witnesses against the gangs and families.
