Hello Mazhor,

I hope you are well. 4 days ago I fell asleep while mining and was banned for 60 days due to a mining bot, which was later changed to permanent. I've been in this game for about 10 months and I've made a lot of investments. and I have family who have successfully progressed through the ranks. I have no other place to spend time other than this game. And I'm extremely active. I have good memories with my friends and I don't want to miss them. I admit my mistake and apologize. It will never happen again. I request that my account be opened in exchange for my money being deleted.
