Additional information
1. Leader of MARABUNTA GRANDE
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) Experienced Leadership in Both Legal and Illegal Organizations: I have had the opportunity to lead various prominent organizations, including one term as the leader of the government (EN02) and two terms as the leader of the National Guard (EN02). In addition to being a deputy in multiple gangs (EN01/EN02), these experiences have given me a deep understanding of both the legal and illegal sides of city operations. This diverse leadership background equips me with the unique perspective needed to navigate the complexities of the gang world and enhance the roleplay (RP) experience for everyone involved.
I also want to add that while I was a leader in GOV/NG and deputy in various gangs, the level of RP within the cities had increased greatly bring much more life.
We had RP terrorist situations, leaders being kidnapped, city being sent into lockdown with NG patrolling the entire state. With high level of RP and an engaging leader, we can bring life to the city and give everyone much more to do.
2.2) Rebuilding and Strengthening Gang Presence: The dynamics of the city have evolved, and the criminal scene has lost some of the strong presence it once had. I want to rebuild Marabunta's influence and bring back the rivalry between legal and illegal organizations that drives RP. With the strategic mindset I’ve honed through my leadership positions, I can guide Marabunta to be a powerful force in the city, ensuring we create competitive and meaningful interactions with legal organizations such as the police, FBI, and National Guard.
2.3) Creating Long-term Stability and Rivalry: From my time as both a gang deputy and leader in legal organizations, I've learned that true competition pushes everyone to improve. I want to foster long-term stability within Marabunta by implementing stronger internal structures and promoting a deeper level of RP. By organizing the gang into specialized teams and ensuring consistent reward systems, I aim to build loyalty within the gang and create fierce competition not only with rival gangs but also with law enforcement agencies. This will elevate the city’s RP scene and bring back the excitement that has been lacking.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I intend on going for RP related events like Store Robberies, Kidnappings, Robbing outside the city, Hostage Situations, NG Raids etc etc. Right now theres close to no RP when it comes to gangs. Its just kill kill kill in the ghetto. No one earns money and people move from gang to gang looking to see which one is better. I want to change that.
3.2) Things that i will focus on as a leader - i will make teams to do different things like Turfs and Sprays to ensure everyone that contributes to the gang feels like theyre getting rewarded for their work. Even for Store Robberies etc etc, i will award my men bonuses to feel more inclined to be involved in the gang and follow the gang vision.
3.3) I will do some diplomacy between Gangs to see if i can help increase the level of RP. Diplomacy will come in the form of discussions where we can team up with some gangs to remove other gangs off the face of the turf map.
3.4) As a gang leader i will also seek out corrupted LEOs who can be paid off to help our motivations and also lead to better RP for the LEOs within the city.
3.5) Lastly, i will be very strict against players who do not follow the rules. The last thing i want is my gang getting disbanded, and i will not allow clumsy players who refuse to follow the rules to bring the whole gang down.
3.6) I do not want everything to be taken to the forums. If theres an opportunity for RP, without any rulebreaks, i will find a way to make it enjoyable for everyone.
