2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) First of all everyone know that EMS is a backbone of Los Santos. EMS can't take rest of a single day if EMS will take any kind of break then the city can't be run because everyone needs the medical supplies Like Medical insurance, Medical Attention, Pills of different Types etc. All Leos have to take Medical Supplies From EMS so I believe that I should Help Citizens.
2) When I was in EMS I have learning a lot and figuring out how to make our organization better. I want to achieve this and do the high level of roleplay with employees and in state situation. I'll make sure everyone helps each other get better, encouraging growth through friendly competition. I will make sure that In my term no persons are toxic or using any bad language to any staff for me every Employee is Same no difference between HC as well as Suspended all rules are same for all.
3) I will Make a Team Of High Command who are Experienced and able Deal with Each of Employees Problems and Give them Instant Solution and Make Sure Everyone Get Equal chances To Prove Themselves. Also we all had a very familiar relationship with Everyone I will make this happen too. I will making Events once a week for staff can come and Participate in events with everyone this way we can get to know each other more and relax and enjoy each other’s time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) My first aim will be to Make PH and SH Lobby active for 24/7 so that every person can get medical attention also in both Lobby there will be 2 active units in each. so that if one unit is busy second can give the services to citizens. EMS is the main source of Medical things and they should give support to everyone.
2) I will make sure that no HC are giving rank to employee as a HC all the HC has to pass the interview so that I can stop favouritism in this case the one thing will happen like we have seen many peoples are getting rank by there friends and they have no experience and for that org is getting effected.
3) Main thing I will do is for being more active of my employees I will make a good bonus system as well a events twice a week and the winner will get a good price for it so that they can be more active and the events timings only cabin member and curators will only knowing others will not know when will be the events so that they can be more attentive and ready for join Events,

Ground Service (GS) - This Department will work for going on ground calls Which citizens has given 911 calls also they are only allow to go till 3 miles other calls Air Rescue Department (ARO) will handle.
Labtech (LT) - Labtech Department will be focused on making medicines in the Medical Laboratory Also they will make sure that all Medical stuffs are provided by LEOS.
Air Rescue Department (ARO) - ARO will be specialized for Air Rescue Calls. They would be providing aid for long distance and giving them a good treatment to the citizens they will go more than 3 miles
Human Resource and Training (HRT) - They will be focused on giving trainings to the employees and Hire a staff so that more and more peoples can join EMS. there will me 2 hod of this departments 1 for night shift and 1 for day shift.
Psychiatrist Department (PSY) - They would be specialized in providing help mentally for the patient.
