Rex was born in the district of shighanjina a place where people suffer from hunger and scarity of water and every little basic needs , Rex always wanted to get out of this unmisreabiable life and wanted to make the change in his hometown shighanjiana . Rex always wanted to became a police officer because he wanted to work for justice law and peace and he always thought that police officers are always the ones who helps to catch the criminals who scam and kill the needy ones . Until one day he saw the real face of the officers the day when his father was became an hostage to the gang members . He thought that the officers will save his fathers life by negotiating with the gangsters but when he got to know that the officers was involved in all this situation and took the bribes from the gang members they let his father die and the gangsters brutally muddred and robbed his father until that day he decided that he wouldd never gonna work for justice and become wealthy from the 3rd way he mastred his shooting driving and flying skills and went to USA with all his saving leaving his mother behind to join the sanandreas highway petrol and worked as a bad cop who breaks the rules and takes bribe to become wealthy. Now Rex is a millionaire and fully believed that there is no such thing called as justice .

1-Rex is capable of driving cars (except supercars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2-Rex can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt all times & doesn’t need to refresh it
