Life Story:
Mark Venturi was born in a little village in the United Kingdom in 1994. Mark had a very trouble life as a youth as he was never really understood by others because of this it caused Mark to get bullied all the time, due to this it developed a rage in Mark wear he decided he had enough of it, he then made a evil plan to get back at those who bullied him. He waited down an ally where he knew those who bullied him went to get to there daily activities, he then put his balaclava on and pulled a knife out and robbed those who bullied him, once he got what he wanted he then beat the shit out of them and then fled the scene. Due to the bad and multiple injuries these people received, Mark then had the police after him, before they could catch him he got into a taxi to the nearest airport and flew to Los Santos to hide away from his past.
Career Story:
Mark for some time didn't know what to do with his new life at Los Santos, he went to a new city that he had no clue about the opportunity's he could discover. One day Mark was having a nice stroll around Los Santos, when he walked past somewhere that interested him. The place he discovered was the Los Santos Police Department. Once Mark saw this he had the idea of joining to stop bullies, horrible people and criminals the right way, instead of going back to a life of robbing and beating the shit out of people like he did in the past. He then joined that very same day where he was welcomed with open arms and proceeded to do his training. After all his training Mark saw a lot of crime such as robberies, drugs, people being abducted by gangs and so much more. He then knew this was the life for him to serve and protect and stop those who get in his way of that.
Outcomes:
1- Mark can take bribes up to 100k from those who he think mistreats others.
2- Mark Can take guns from 10-15's.
3- Mark can sell and buy guns on the black market to make money. (Not org weapons)
4- Mark can take bodycams and clear their SD to insure he is not found doing anything illegal. (with commands)
5- Mark can sell information to gangs. (Such as NG doing a ammo run)
6- Mark can reduce sentences to those he believe were treated unfairly, let them free and remove of wanted list.
7- Mark can hack into the LSPD radio to use off duty.
8- Mark can search and smash bodycams if he feels the need to. (2 Tries per situation using /try and /do.)
9- Mark can go ghetto off duty and kill people who he thinks is a threaten to the community.
10- Mark can refuse to show his identification to those he does not feel the need to.
