2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First of All , I am experienced in LSPD I work a lot in PD so I want to make this ORG better and more active I have experienced HCs and Deputy Chiefs I believe I can make this very well I hope I get 1 chance for prove myself in Interview.
2.2 I will not allow any favoritism in my organization as you should work to earn your rank. Ranks are earned not just given due to them being your friends or family members . If favoritism is noticed there will be two options that my deputies and I will discuss, this options are as follows, either a strike to both people involved and they will be watched or dismissal from the organization of both parties.
2.3 Lastly, I plan to hire the best HRT team I can as HRT is the most important department in any organization from hiring all the way to training making sure any trainee is professional and will only help LSPD succeed. IA will stay as a department to insure that no corruption floats around LSPD. No one is above the law and if found doing any corruption they will be punished accordingly to the law.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I want to have inter org events with every org to give people other things to do besides towing or patrolling. Inter org events can be anything from PR working together or a massive patrol to work as a team and be united! will have competitions within LSPD to give my guys a motive to do something and earn either a promotion or cash
3.2 I will make sure that all department are diverse and a ton of fun to be in, by doing that I will make sure that people can enjoy their job and do exactly what they are good at.Supported is this by the fact that there will be good rank up opportunity’s departmentwide. This will give all members more reason to be active- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism stands as a core necessity for all LSPD officers. Any departure from this benchmark will face severe consequences
3.3 The next way we would create more Rp within LSPD is by interacting with other organizations. The way we would interact with other orgs is with respect and professionalism. This would allow us to collaborate for swat trainings with NG, Checkpoints to be hosted with all departments including EMS, and the UC department to learn and perfect their skills with FIB when searching for wanted criminals.
