This is about an IC incident dated 22 OCT 24, wherein I was taking a good view picture of the sunset Beside the Grapeseed: Seaview RD with one of the trainees in IC. That's when player 395634 showed up from nowhere and started irrelevant topics until this RDM shootout happened without any warning from his end. I am looking at stringent observations and actions based on this incident.

Such behaviours are completely ruining the actual fun of role play.
