Dear Administrator,
I recently received a notification that my account has been blacklisted for 30 days due to an ER 1.7 violation. I have since learned that there is a rule requiring players to record their POV for any event they participate in. As a new player, I was unaware of this rule, and I sincerely apologize for my oversight.
I deeply regret not being fully informed about the regulations and am here to respectfully request an unban. I am fully prepared to money wipe or pc check if necessary and assure you that I will not make this mistake again in the future.
