2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I have been experienced in 2 sides (Leo,Gangs) I want to be lead vagos because I am interested in vagos. I have done justice to these ranks, usually people who want to become a member of the gang choose the blood or ballas gang, and I want to destroy this perception as the Vagos leader. I want to introduce myself in this city with my experience and try myself as a leader.
2.2 I have knowledge how its working so I am ready to apply this position for making vagos best term with my deputies and my members . Low-experienced members will get experienced with my experienced members , they will learn step-by-step and become a Hc . No favouritism in my term.
2.3 My last reason some leaders choose bad HCs and they only hire peoples do not host events.So i will solve this problem too.We will have great HCs and great deputys. as a leader i will make ghetto more active, There are not many people in ghetto to do activities so i wanna make ghetto more active. I have experienced a lot of things in illegal orgs and i learn a thing that illegal org have so much activities to do and have so much fun as compared to legal org so i wanna do more activities and make a powerful gang as leader of Vagos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Like I previously stated I have been in high ranks before and this has given me knowledge that If I do become a leader they can ask any questions whether that be about rules or just questions, in general, I can tell them so they then know what to do and not to do.
3.2 Robs , robs the most important thing to improve RP , while rob you have to be in RP . As I said robs most important but is really common. We will manage all ghetto , doing robberys on it . We will improve all RP in ghetto also outside city . But at highways I told all members be careful for not giving evidences to Leo’s for raid us.We will give chance to rob to all of members for get experiences.
3.3 Recruiting , we’ll recruit plus +5 age for get members but we’ll not skip their knowledge, as I said I want to leadership 30 days full term. Last terms no one can reach 30 days . I want to that. But the recruitment is the most important thing to being good gang. We will have more than 50+ units at all day. No one will be inactive . If see inactive members will be lead to kick out from gang up to blacklist.
