1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- Throughout my time in the city, I was able to experience various positions (Leadership, HC, Gangster, Business Owner) and I am aspiring to expand my roles. For awhile, I made a goal to make my way to Admin and enjoy a different perspective in the city while having the ability to share my skills/assist the admin team and ultimately the players. I believe as an experienced player who has gone through multiple positions/situations, I can help sufficiently by understanding from their perspective on where he/she may need assistance or support.

- I would say my weaknesses clash with my strengths. I tend to take on too much responsibility because I need things done in an orderly way. I am an empath, which causes me to fixate on a given situation to help/assist others, which consumes a major part of my time.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
-I am knowledgeable in Discord/Server management & creation. I am organized, detailed, a quick learner and able to communicate instructions clearly in a polite but assertive manner. I enjoy working independently or as a team member, ensuring productivity towards our common objective.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) - Yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? - No

-It would be an honor to be apart of the GRP Admin Team. I understand that my previous (main) account history may not be the best. However, I took my punishment as an opportunity to become more knowledgeable of the server rules and to reflect on what I did wrong and how I could improve. I look forward to enjoying a new experience in the server and offering assistance wherever necessary.
