Ive made an appeal yesterday for the curator of project and it got rejected by Alex Odds when it was meant to be read by the Curator of project.
I am only seeking for help and to understand this situation, there has been allegations and i find it to be upsetting and confusing on why is this happening.
Ill be attaching the previous appeal in this forum for more clearance, but to be clear - i do not spam on forums nor do associate myself with anything that seems to be wrong or anything like that, i believe that from another point of view this could be understood fairly of whats going on here.
As was mentioned, i was leader blacklisted by Jessica Odds and based on the previous forum, by Alex Odds as well. I was accused of Googling answers for an interview for a game, wasting admin team time as its "useless" and has done Multiple interviews and failed them all.
1. I didnt do my interview "Multiple times" - The time gap between each is months away, Ive done 3 interviews in the past only which are :-
A. My SAHP interview -Passed- ( 24/05/2024 )
B. My Admin Interview -Failed- ( 15/08/2024 )
C. FIB Interview -Failed- ( 10/10/2024 )
(Side Note: As i mentioned in the previos forum, the player at least should have given the chance to apply again even if they fail - thats the whole purpose of failing is to try again, ive known people who failed many times and have tried to apply again and again, some ive known they still failed and never got leadership and theyre still trying, some ive known who kept failing and got the leadership by the 5th try...)
2. How can i google answers over a game when google doesn't even know the rules of the game? I can simply just say in this forum is that i actually did try to get the FIB term and i actually studied to try to get it
3. Admins is suppose to be there for the players to help and to make the game more enjoyable, why would a player be called useless if they have tried to get that interview and failed? why would it be called wasting admin time when in reality the player should have given many chances to apply in the future and to improve and to do what they should be doing by playing in this amazing project.
My interview for FIB lasted an Hour due to the Many questions I've received and i don't mind it, there was many things that has happened in that interview one of the examples - Waiting one of the FIB curators to finish Dinner as i was in that interview room and then was being Questioned by the curator of state till then, meanwhile there was 2 other FIB curators in that room that couldve interviewed me.
After all were all here to enjoy the Game for how it is and respect each other as human beings.
I hope this can be fixed, and for the players to enjoy their time in this amazing project to play and to be motivated to spent as much time in it and not to be demotivated for these small details, a failed IC interview shouldnt lead to a leader blacklist, but a player should have many chances as they could in this life, just how in the real world were all given to have many chances in life to improve and to do better.
I ask for you Mr. Lebron to check the proofs of this and my interview POV if you have the time, i would really appericate this.
As i would i love to hear your wise judgement in this situation as ill take it with full heart without any questions, i blindly trust your opinon in this situation.
