first these guy did vdm on me and i fall then he killed me and rob me without any gang car and i asked an admin that can u rob someone without gang and he said to me that u cant without gang car
and i have pov of vdm

Bro it was never a rule that was followed , as if you had to rob always with gang cars then no one would buy crates as you would lit always need to use gang cars. Also hows that vdm you step out in the middle of road guy tried to miss you but his car didnt turn fast enough.

You stepped out in the middle of the road, he hits you as he tries to dodge your car, then you get robbed by people on foot. They didn't give demands to rob you in non gang cars, as you stepped out with no demands given, they just stepped out to kill you and rob you, I don't see any rule breaks
