2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) Firstly, I started my journey as a leo in SAHP it was my first leo org and then i shifted to LSPD and got good promotions acc to my activityand i started working hard over there and after some time according to my activity . I know how the LSPD works and understand the responsibilities, challenges and what it takes to run the term smoothly.
(ii) As i have seen in some previous terms before there is a lot of inactivity and violations of the rules which lead to punishment for the org. For solving this problem i will hire High commands with good knowledge and best HR team to train the cadet and trainee properly so they do not do violation of any rule and hire the guys with good knowledge and make sure that people who are in the org they are attending all the events happening at the movement.
(iii) I will create a freindly enviorment where there is no toxicity or no nuisence created by people of my orgnization and i will protect the city and fight against the crime in every way and make the LSPD active more than any other orgnization in Whole city and even outside of the city and and there will be a new leagacy of LSPD which have been not seen before in any of the term. I will also be active and always work hard for LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
(i) No Toxicity and No favoritism Under my Command
(ii) Make sure my officers are having a valid bodycam while they are on duty.
(iii) Do joint operations with other org to make good relation with them.
(iv) Do Global Events as Well To Promote Organization Views & Advertise It to whole city.
(v) Conducting regular state waves , BGC Check , license check and check warehouse logs everyday
