As you can see in video id 1030 is stalling and breaking fear rp , and I'd 56145 doing VDM , and this was second time 1030 was breaking fear rp

• ID 1030 will receive a punishment for fear rp.

• ID 56145 will receive a punishment for VDM.

ID 56145 claims that he didn't see you standing there but he was spotted at the scene earlier too.
