I was driving off-road in a car and I got jail for 120 minutes. I didn't have bodycam on because I didn't feel it was necessary based on the activity I was doing. Admin said I could still post a complaint without a video (see attached imgur link in proof section)

I believe it was unfair because within my character I am free to choose whether I want to live on the edge and risk destruction of my own property and ending my life or not.
Many people land with helicopters on cliffs and ride up hills with cars. It's their choice

I believe non-rp driving would apply more if I was using a BMX or a sport bike then that would have been a case I wouldn't see unfair.
