Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?: Hello! I'd like to join the admin team because I've accomplished a lot in the city and I'm ready for a new challenge. I've grown a bit bored with regular RP situations and feel confident that I can bring something fresh to the role. I have experience handling difficult situations effectively, and I've also gained valuable knowledge working in EMS. With my skills and experience, I believe I can contribute to making the community even better!
What are your strengths?: My strengths lie in handling difficult situations with ease and having strong communication skills in multiple languages. I also have solid leadership abilities, allowing me to guide and manage people efficiently.
What are your weaknesses?: My weaknesses are that I tend to get friendly with people very quickly, and sometimes I have a bit of overconfidence. Additionally, I can be quite talkative at times.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?: As an admin, I can bring a set of skills that would really benefit the team. I know how to handle tough situations calmly, making sure conflicts get resolved smoothly. I’m also a good communicator and can speak multiple languages, which helps me connect with different people in the community. My leadership skills allow me to guide others efficiently while keeping things organized and running smoothly. Plus, my EMS experience has taught me how to make quick decisions under pressure, which I think is super important in any admin role.
