I Uploaded a forum on Thursday and it was not Picked Up Within 48 hours and due to that reason the Went to Higher Admin and Said ("Forum Not Reviewed" in 48 Hours ), so Pablo Schmidt Said Forum will be checked (Reviewed - Forum Not Reviewed | All Admins). Then Administrator Reviewed my Original Forum And Rejected Giving Reason "POV passesed 48".
I Dont Understat what that means because POV was Posted by me the exact day The Rule Break Occured. And Moreover that was the Reason the Went to Higher Administration.
So in Short I posted the Forum in higher administration as my Forum was not reviewed in 48 hours and my Forum Was picked up and Rejected Giving the same reason.

Admin will be punished for giving wrong reply on forums
Plus No ID of the player was provided about who planted the barricade, so forum remains rejected​
