2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I'm truly thrilled to be taking on a leadership position with the Los Santos Police Department. I have a solid foundation and the abilities required to carry out this duty successfully thanks to my experience in a variety of legal and government organizations.
- Being able to lead in a variety of roles while working with the Federal Investigation Bureau and other government agencies has been immensely rewarding. As a seasoned attorney, my legal knowledge would also provide a buffer for my colleagues.
- I’m coming into this role with a clear set of plans and a team of experienced high-command officers to ensure we lead the LSPD well. We’re rolling out an improved training structure, updated strategies for the Special Response Team, and an optimized chain of command. My main goal is to maintain both high numbers and high standards within the department. I’m confident in our ability to create a thriving, high-performing LSPD and make this term a success.
- A key priority is tackling the inactivity issues that have challenged previous LSPD leadership. I’ve set up a strong HR team focused on keeping our workforce active by frequently holding open recruitments and bringing in recruits from different time zones for around-the-clock coverage. We’re also implementing engagement strategies that keep officers active and motivated throughout their shifts, fostering an environment of consistent participation and productivity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Interaction with High Commands & Department heads weekly: We'll have a peaceful meeting with the department heads, the department heads will raise a problem and we all together will try to work on a solution.
- No Toxicity: We'll ensure that the working of the LSPD is in a proper way. We'll ensure that there is no toxicity among our fellow collogues and people, and also will maintain the law and order.
- Proper RP within situations: We'll ensure that there is a proper RP and during ON DUTY hours, we'll increase the use of RP commands (/me, /try, /do). We'll make a dynamic surrounding within our people!
- Promotion Ceremonies and Bonuses: There will be a Promotion Ceremony on the Saturday of each week, there will be a really attractive bonus system, and the bonuses will be paid on time by the weekend by the Chief of Police itself so that there is always a sense of motivation in each officer!
- Enhancing the Training Guide and to be Accessible: We will introduce a really interactive training guide for beginners and there will be sector in HR that will supervise the work of the low on command officers.
