In this case people going their house and provoking, insulting will receive additional punishment also whoever speaks in turkish will receive a punishment for FL in RP since its an English Server.

ID 304873 will receive a punishment for GR 3.1, Provoking, Fl in RP
ID 134323 will receive a punishment for FL in RP
ID 272081 will receive a punishment for FL in RP

Next time this type of behaviour will result with more punishments. If you have problems its not type of the solution.
