1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Answer: I started my GrandRP life 7 months ago probably. But before that , I've been Roleplaying from years in other RP projects. Then I knew about GrandRP from a YouTube channel. Then I started my roleplay journey freshly at GrandRP, I acknowledged all the server rules and regulations. I enjoyed the newly started project AK GrandRP. I made remarkable steps and got so many friends. After grinding hours and days in here , I started my first organization life with SAHP. In there , I gained not only experience about the organization but also learned some unknown and unscripted rules as well. Then my level was slowly started growing , towing , selling insurance , earning some cash etc.
Slowly after that I got into LSPD and gained even more experience. Again, not only LSPD exp but also server exp. After grinding months I finally reached a level of 27. By this time , I'm a total professional in this server and know all the rules , how this server works , how to talk with admins , how to interact with players in a roleplaying way etc. Though I had learned the "Staying calm in severe situation" skill while I was grinding in orgs. By far at this time , I felt that "Okay, let's try something new". Then I thought "What about trying the administration panel?". I took this thought as random at first but then I realized some real points about it. Firstly, I saw if I become and admin I can actually not only contribute to the server to keep a polite and real happy roleplay server but also I can actually contribute to a more detailed knowledge of roleplay within GrandRP to the players that must know. I saw some crucial character break , where players always forgetting their characters and talking OOCs all the time, they must acknowledge the knowledge of a role-playing character's job in a RP server and teaching them this became my side goal. After taking time and thinking of the benefits I could provide to the players for a better roleplay experience, I decided to leave my RP life and do some real good work for the city and the players by becoming an admin.

Throughout my GrandRP life , I've been into the following organizations below:
1. SAHP
- Captain ( Seven Soul's Term)
- Deputy head of department ( Sergio Saint's Term)
2. LSPD
- Watch Commander ( Sergio Kors/Saint's Term)
3. National Guard
- Deputy head of Department (Day Doe's Term)
4. FIB
- Elite SSA 2 ( Weedy Shakespeare's Term)
5. GOV
- USSS Captain ( Stew Johnson's Term)
- Junior State Attorney ( Mika Hatake as AG)

- OG bloods 8 ( Hasan Sarsilmaz's term)
3. What are your strengths?
Answer: I'm a quick learner , an experienced Roleplayer, good in handling severe situations with professionalism. I give moderate attention to details if not big and I have a good judging skill. I know all the server rules enough good to teach players the rule on the spot.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Answer: I'm a little nervous and tensed to the situations where I'm the leading person of the situation.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

Answer: Yes. Considering all the passions and experiences I posses for the/from the city , are best for me. I spend a lot of time in GrandRP doing nothing but roaming the city. So, I want to spend those free times into a good spot where they deserves/need my free times. After all these circumstances, I think myself as a good and perfect candidate for this admin application.
