I got 2 warns when I should have got 1 warn in this forum

I've only had one warning before.but I got 1 warning on this forum
when I'm supposed to have a total of 2 warns
1 warning was given to me extra by mistake
and I have been banned for a total of 3 warnings I would like my ban to be lifted
