Neo was born in Banglore and later on when he was in 12th grade he moved to Los Santos for further studies, he encountered multiple challenges like he used to get bullied for his nationality, this later on impacted a lot on his career and life. Neo always wanted to be rich also, but he chose a wrong way to do this. Neo finds out that the government is the best way to earn money and he goes forward and joins the department of treasury in government, he does his best to complete his dream of getting rich and gets promoted to being the director of department for truesury.

Neo works as hard as he can to be the director of treasury since this is a high command post and the way he thought to be rich was through bribes and corruption and he couldn't do this without being a high command since he had a high chance of being fired. He starts his journey of getting rich from this point in his life, he takes lots of bribes and does a lot of corruption but he always remembers his standards and avoids getting caught at all times, he uses a lot of tactics to get saved all the time, and he saves a bodycam of all corruption he does so that if he gets caught he doesn't face excess punishments but still this bodycam is his personal bodycam and he always keeps it in his house. This technique makes Neo very rich and he enjoys his life being rich and having a great lifestyle, he continues his actions on and on again.
