2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1I Have been Served SAHP and LSPD as an High Command for long time and have been involved in different Rp screniors and have been staying with different leader with different way to run the term but always there was always some mistakes done by them some of them terms got disband due to violation of rules and there was lot of inactivity over there but i wanna change everythin and want to bring a new leagacy in LSPD by combining all my exp.
2.2 I saw that LSPD had trouble getting enough officers for events and keeping everyone active. If I become leader, I will make sure we stay busy all the time. I’ll pick department heads who know what they’re doing and can help in all time zones. I want people who can handle special tasks and stay calm under pressure. To keep officers active, I’ll start a bonus system. We’ll have regular events and training to keep everyone interested and stop them from leaving because they’re bored.
2.3 As my past exp I know how to tackle issues in an organization. I am committed to keeping LSPD active and engaged. I will ensure the HR department has a strong COS because it is a crucial for our success. We will hold recruitment at least 4 times a week and I will have hire Hc and deputy to manage the department when Iam unavailable. To maintain order I will implement clear rules and enforce penalties for anyone who does not follow them.
3. Advice for Improving Roleplay within the Organization
3.1 Make sure that my officers have a valid bodycam with proper rp command because i have seen before also officers need to release the 10-15 because most of the time they do not have a valid bodycam and i want to solve this problem.
3.2 Building good Relations with all legal orgs and regular meetings of departments and a proper uniform management as before i have seen no one follows the uniform code and they wear whatever they want but i want to change this .
3.3 I will make a new interview system in which the question and everything will be hard so we can get good guys in the org who know enough rules to be in LSPD and with it i will also ensure that the trainee's are getting trained good enough to be a good officer.
3.4 I will not tolerate any toxicity or favoritism and i will be always there for my guys to help them in every situation if they are not wrong.
Departments
Internal Affairs (IA)- Make sure they have valid gun license and health insurance an do regular bodycam check and other stuff like take care no conflicts are there and no is making any mistake if they are then strict actions will be taken.
Human Resouces (HR)- They will hire good guys who have enough knowledge to be in LSPD and they will train trainee and cadets properly so they dont do any mistake when they are in officer rank .
Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)- They will lead the Events like Store robbery, ghetto patrol, ammo run, atm robbery etc... There will be top shooters and They have quick decision skills and how to know handle the situation.
Public Relations (PR)- They will keep good relations with Citizens and organize regular events for good impact of LSPD on citizens of Los Santos so they should be intrested in LSPD and in future they might join and be good officers of it.
