-As i have recently came from EN-2 to particularly get a leadership i had very well experience there i was at rank 28 for 4 times rank 27 for 4 times rank 25 for 3 times and rank 24 for1 times and i can use this experience this to help my units in hard situations

-I am aware of my low level here, but my proficiency with RP and regulations is excellent, which benefits both my organization and my units.

-will create a joyful, serene, and quiet environment within the organization. Along with making the company the best it can be, I'll also assist new hires in becoming familiar with the policies and role-playing techniques.

-Giving bonus 2 times in a week
