2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: With my background so far, I have the necessary experience and competence to lead an organization. Through my time as vice/leader or through my position as deputy commander of the gang unit, I have always assumed a certain leadership position.
2.2: Planning the events and general gang activities is not a problem for me. Because of my time with the gangs, I know the events inside and out.
2.3: I'm also familiar with the design of the forum or Discord and doesn't pose any problems.
2.4: Of course, I want to appear and be present with the gang outside of the events.
Above all, I want to show my presence, not just in the ghetto or on the highway but also within the city. That's why we want to be present in the city and draw attention to ourselves through our shop robberies / ATMs! The RP comes first here.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1: Through my experience on the state side, I noticed a few things during the negotiations that I would like to do better at this point!
3.2: I would place more value on RP and stable negotiation/communication! The state authorities shouldn't be annoyed again when they see that we're starting an Ammur robbery. It should be varied, and RP should always be encouraged here by treating the hostage as a hostage or by joining their hands and if they are cheeky, they also get a bag on the head! Here the RP should be played out on all sides.
3.3: In the same way, we would attach more importance to not always doing the same thing, i.e. A not always making the same demands and B not always having the same shops that are robbed so that both sides adapt to different locations.
We would also rob more ATMs and communicate with the state first and see what happens. Here, too, it doesn't always have to be "Gambo".
But this would also be a way for us to be present outside of our ghetto within the city and show that we are there!
