Life Story:
Billu was born in Delhi , India . His parents were expecting a baby boy which they eventually got . Billu was the single child and his parents always pampered him due to this he became short tempered and impatient . when he turned 18 he killed 2 innocent guys while he was speeding . In order to save him his parents sent him to LOS SANTOS and the charges of killing 2 innocent guys was later blamed on his driver and the case was dropped because of the connections his parents had.
Billu was new to the city and was learning things then he got to know about LSPD , he joined LSPD to become a police officer . Due to his hard work he got a good rank in LSPD. Due to his rank and connections he was able to get a good rank in almost all the orgs then was introduced to national guard and he was exposed to dark side of the legal orgs when he joined army , he witnessed widespread corruption and favoritism which influenced him.
Billu was below poverty line , he struggled to provide for his family on his Military salary so he thought of other ways to earn money he began to engage in unethical dealings and manipulating expense reports.
Career Story:
Billu always dreamt to serve and save his county so he joined LSPD . From day one he was very hard working and disciplined . His supervisors and colleagues noticed his hard work and his leadership .
It was not hard for Billu to get a good rank in LSPD . His connections developed over time then he got to know about national guard . He was eager to join it and he became the Brigadier General of HR there . But the power of rank and money began to corrupt his mind . He accepted some small gifts in exchange of some small informations which didn't harmed the org or the guys in it .
Later billu found him so engaged in corruption , even if he tried to get out of it the power of money and rank stopped him to do so . He began to leak information which were classified and took a good amount of money for it but he left NG for a good life . Later Uday messaged him and made him the major general of hr and aslo gave him some interesting offer which he could not decline.
Outcomes:
1- Billu can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do(2 times per situation)
2- Billu can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape and rob (Pickpocket)
3- Billu can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4- Billu can break state laws while on or off duty. (IC Laws)
5- Billu can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
6- Billu can turn a blind eye if someone in his family is doing something illegal on the street.
7- Billu has connections within the Darknet, allowing him to facilitate the escape of 10-15's from jail and remove wanted star's, provided the right price is paid . ( using darknet task once per day)
