(1). I want to become the leader of this organization to help people of the city. I want to ensure that the people of the city will continue there life without any health problem.
(2). I want to become the leader of this organization because this is one of the best organization in the city in case of money and experience. EMS is very good job for new people they will earn money and experience in this organization and also they will earn fame. I will make things easy for new comers so they don't have to work very hard to get experience. I will make flexible duty hours for all the employee so that no one have to work hard to get experience and promotion. I will provide everyone with same opportunities so they get experience and get promoted in organization.
(3). I want to become leader of this organization to make EMS the best organization in the city. I will provide employees with weekly promotion and weekly bonuses. I will make a good bonus system for all the employees. I will take care that no one harasses any other person. And I will take care of people within the organization so they don't fight with each other and maintain good level of roleplay in the organization. Answer: My advice for improving the roleplay is that I will make the organization the best career starter for new coming players. They will get money and experience that will help them boost their career in future. They will enjoy the stay in the organization and they will get the knowledge of the city within the organization.
