2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I make sure that everyone feels comfortable and has fun, as this also contributes to successful roleplay. For me, fairness is the basis of a successful game. When negotiating, I make sure to make decisions that do not endanger human lives. Good communication is important to me in order to promote roleplay. Bad relationship between the gangs and the state organizations is crucial to enable fair IC moments. So they can fight so bad each other.
2.2 When I first came, I joined marabunta, but later I decided that it was a mistake and switched to LEOs. I have a lot of experience in Leos. But I still had gang love on my mind. Because of my passion for red, I decided to go and join the Bloods. The leader was Eric Bolo. He gave me a chance and I became Deputy. I promised myself that one day I would be the leader of this place.
2.3 I become deputy here and I ge knowledge about every rules. If I get chance to prove my self in interview I think I can pass. My friends have encouraged me to apply this position. And also would like to become a Bloods Leader because I have been a member of a gang many times recently, such as Vagos, Mara and have proven myself as a Bloods Deputy. I am of the opinion that I should now become the leader of a gang in order to bring my experience and motivation to the gang. I want to drive the Bloods to the top of the ghetto!
During the transition period I was able to gain a lot of experience through various positions in illegal organizations. That's why I think I would be a good leader for the Bloods. Because I know from my experience what values and characteristics a leader must have in order to ultimately achieve good success. Respect in the gang is very important to me.
If we all stick together, we can defeat other organizations!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 2 FZ raid per day attend all clands every day and who ever attends most events will receive huge bonus by me. I aim that I want to make at least 3 Store robberys per day.
3.2 Recruietment I aim that we will have 50+ members online per day and all of them Will be attending events. I dont want just 5 members in events more than 10. I will give huge bonuses for each event.
3.3 Turf , I aim to 100% turf I have special team and deputy I have to check them to not get so much warns. But they know and I would like there to be more going on on the highways, ghettos and in general, I would like there to be more razzing or more hostage taking, Unfortunately at the moment there are mostly only Bloods represented on the highway, and I would like to change that. The gang life should be for the players should be made more attractive again, the ghetto and the highway should be revitalized again. I want to show my presence with the Street Gang Bloods.
