I'm sorry for not having POV, believe me I would love to record this sad players, so basically he had just finished fighting 1 Vago, no time for heals even, and I hit him 3 times right after that, 1 headshot which took 64, and 2 (53) hits, and no there was not a visual bug with the vest because I fought this guy 2 times before that and he didnt had a vest, even the hp bars above him wouldnt show a equiped bulletproof vest, I'm just making this thread so when the next people that encounter him report him, you guys know already that he's blatantly cheating, thanks
