Dear Sam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal my recent permanent ban for violation of General Rule 4.1 regarding the use of anti-AFK software. I want to provide you with the full context of my situation. About a month ago, I attended an interview for SAHP, where the admins discovered the anti-AFK software on my computer. They conducted a thorough check and confirmed that I had used it on only a few occasions (3-4 times). I want to emphasize that my intention was never to exploit the game or gain an unfair advantage. I created my account approximately 2.5 years ago, and during that time, I have dedicated countless hours to building my character and forming strong friendships within the city. I have never received any prior punishments, and my id under 16k, reflecting my commitment to the game and its community. I’ve noticed that many players who violated the same rule received 60 days ban (using macro), while my case resulted in a permanent ban. I am genuinely confused and saddened by this outcome, as I have always strived to play fairly and contribute positively to the server. If possible, I am willing to accept a complete account wipe or any other penalties you deem appropriate. I sincerely regret my actions and am committed to playing by the rules in the future. I truly miss being part of the Grand RP and hope for a chance to return. Thank you for considering my appeal. I appreciate your time and understanding.

Actually, I've seen a lot of guys do anti-Afk, but I didn't realize they didn't need any software. I used it three or four times in the last 2.5 years. I had no idea it would come under GR 4.1 and punished. I swear to God.
