Hi there,

At first, I didn't understand why my partner and I were banned, so I reached out to King Specter. He was very kind and provided a clear explanation. After I shared my perspective with him, he suggested, "Please file an Admin complaint with all the relevant evidence so that the higher-ups can review the situation."

So, here we are. My real-life family and I all love playing video games. Each of us has our own PC or laptop, as well as our own Social Club accounts.
Almost a year ago, my partner and I upgraded and exchanged our computers. Since we don’t play GTA Online—only Grand RP—we didn’t think to log in with our individual Social Club accounts. Instead, we simply used our respective Grand RP in-game accounts. However, a few days ago, we realized that this could lead to our accounts being banned.

While I’m unsure of the exact proof needed, I’ve attached a screenshot showing both accounts (which I manage as the paying account holder). Currently, everyone is logged into their own Social Club and in-game accounts, but both accounts remain banned. I would be grateful if you could help us lift these bans.
