Dear Curators of the Project,
I am reaching out to clarify a misunderstanding and file a complaint regarding my account. My account was banned on suspicion of cheating, and I would like to explain the circumstances and my perspective.
I regularly change my Redux mod pack because I play not only on Grand RP but also on other platforms. In fact, I changed my Redux about 2-3 hours after the ban—an action which, to my understanding, does not violate any rules and should not impact the ban process. I want to emphasize that I have always been careful to use only allowed modifications on Grand RP and that I do not seek any unfair advantages.
I do have a version of Redux with Aimlock on my PC, which is intended only for other games where it is allowed in certain modes. I assure you that I have never used this tool on Grand RP. Shortly after the ban—about 20 minutes later—I requested that the admins repeat the PC check to prove my innocence and clarify the matter. Unfortunately, this request was not acted upon, and I was not given the opportunity to demonstrate my point of view through an immediate review, which has led to an unclear evidentiary situation.
I understand that having Aimlock software on my PC may raise concerns, but without a PC check at the time I requested, I was unable to provide proof of my innocence. Therefore, I kindly ask for a review of my complaint, and I hope that my situation and the incomplete evidence will be considered.
