1: SAHP
2.A: I have been playing the Grand RP for the past 6 -7 months I have been in the state organizations . SAHP was the first organization that I joined. I am really obsessed with SAHP. I still remember I learned things from SAHP and applied these things in FIB my journey from trooper in SAHP to chief of staff in FIB . I always tried my best to learn new things and always be kind and helpful to others. I got that much experience and knowledge to run an organization perfectly. And according to me, SAHP is the best organization for me to start my career as a leader.
2.B: Becoming a leader was always my dream. I have a lot of things in mind to run the SAHP perfectly without any rule breaks. And always make sure that the lobbies are covered, troopers are going for the events and all the stuff, etc., i.e., I will make sure that my organization is active. I have a lot of things on my mind to activate the term as much as I can. I ensure that the troopers are always friendly and professional with each other. I want to build a bond as we are a family.
2.C: I have complete confidence in the advantages of cooperation and community. Throughout my time at FIB I've seen how teamwork may turn challenges into successes. I want to create an environment in which everyone is valued and respected, and where every trooper knows that their opinion is important. We can create a positive and supportive environment by encouraging open discussion and making helpful suggestions. I'd like to encourage our troopers to take the initiative by sharing their ideas and contributing to the role. Together, we can transform SAHP from a law enforcement agency to a close-knit community committed to our city's safety and well-being.
3.1: There would be no favoritism during my term. Everyone will be treated equaly and have a chance to showcase their abilities/skills.
3.2: I will provide heavy bonuses to the troopers that encourage them to work even harder for the organization.
3.3 I will ensure that the lobbies are always covered and that the SAHP participates actively in events.
3.4Troopers will receive the best training possible, which will teach them how to handle any circumstance flawlessly.
