On the date of 29.05.2024 ( Wednesday ) I got banned for General Rule 1.4 which is No one can have more than two accounts in a server ( 1 X Main Acc & 1 X Twink Acc ), Before creating any other account I asked and confirmed about my existing accounts with technical administrator which can be seen here , When i Appealed regarding this
Floki Rejected my complaint stating "Admin made correct decision"
But I think this is not my fault, because I already confirmed it with technical administrator "Jetix", After he gave me the confirmation of having only one account on my Social Club ID, I Created my Second Account. Even If I had multiple accounts I was only told that had one account, I think this has prohibited me from applying for admin.
I hope you will take this into consideration and find the appropriate solution. Thanks for giving time to this complaint
