Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report
Insufficient evidence, VDM will not be considered as the person seems to be hitting accidentally, MK will not be considered as the rule clearly states "It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing)". and in the provide there is no active RP situation.
