Rejected Targeting + Deceiving Admins I 3177

Someone Sensible please Review this & Read the full complaint. The last time i made this forum got rejected now here i will prove to you exactly what am talking about. Constantly coming in my forums laughing his head off about everything, Randomly messages me on forums just now laughing for some reason. Constantly targeting both my IDs on forums. +
( IC )Telling people to bring me to Beach Market Multiple Times so he can arrest me 'because he likes to get me pissed off' now tell me this is not targeting. i will make sure this complaint even goes up to higher ups as well and all proof of everything will be provided right here. Once again.

Reacting to everything + Randomly making comments.

This is last Thread i made against him.

Reviewed - Targetting I 3177

This guy first has reported me for GR 6.2 and i was punished, now he puts up forum GR 3.1 of absolute Nonsense not even mentioned anywhere in Gen Rule and its fully not in game. Forcing something that's not even a rule break to making it into a rule break just to get me banned. Constantly...

Telling People to bring me ( IN GAME ) Multiple X to bring me Beach Market.

Considering he has blocked me from viewing his Forum account, i cannot put links of amounts of threads he's reported me in, + few times accused me of multiple rule breaks to get me punished for major things in game. You can check that for yourself as well. My ID's 172213 & 172450.

I can bet you now he will come into my forums again with his body's doing off-topics and Reacting to forums thinking it will help his situation. ( My Point Proven as you can see )

I have added the Deceiving in Title, Considering he is trying to deceive admins by uploading same screenshots that he at one point tried to get me banned for in game for GR 3.1 after admin rejected the Thread and Issued my forum account a punishment of 7 days Block, I request admins to even check if that's needed, ( He has edited also and deleted screenshots that was there yesterday. ) He is trying to use everything in his power to act innocent & get me punished for the same thing again. Forgetting about all the evidence of him Targeting ( OOCLY ) and ( IC ) as well. Showing all these screenshots and hiding the very first message that came from him as you can see in the POV above and screens shot here. Literally fighting for a reaction ( After He Messaged me ) then he comes and cry here.

It's all fun in games when you laugh at someone else on their posts but when you get laughed at you get this upset and try to claim people are targeting you with no proof.

Also in the screen recording you took, are we not providing all of the messages in your pov because it shows proof nobody is targeting you? I find it funny that you'll do whatever it takes to make it seem as if you are being targeting but won't show all of the DMs that clearly offset your forum so I will provide them here

As admins clearly explained, players have the right to report anyone they feel is breaking rules, so why cry now claiming I am targeting both of your accounts on forums? If you didn't break rules, maybe you wouldn't have forums against you now huh?

Keep in mind all of this Off Topic and Toxicity is all after the fact that you were punished for it before too. Not to mention even within the DM's which you conveniently made sure not to show, there you go with yet another OOC insult that I provided in the earlier comment right? See you can't complain about me when my comments are right to the topic of the forum. I clearly told you the reasoning why I messaged you, and because you are salty that you are on a vacation because of rules you broke yet again, you want to cry and claim I am targeting you. I am not mad lol + Literally ( Deceiving Admins ) putting invalid screenshots that i already have been punished on forums for after he tried to get me banned in game for them saying GR 3.1 but was rejected and resulted in punishment on forums , ( I request the admin that is checking this to look, because these screenshots he provided i was at some point punished for them and him providing again to deceive and result into the same thing again i ) yet what u have relations to this forum ?
