2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- First of all, I've been playing as a player on the EN3 server for a long time. I've been in many organizations; gangs, LEOs... I've experienced it all, I've seen and learned a lot of things. Right now on the EN3 server, the ghetto is not as active as it used to be. Before, the ghetto was always full. Families, gangs and much more. We would gather with our friends and go to the ghetto and fight. We were afraid to enter the ghetto alone. There were big clashes between LEOs and gangs. There would be constant store rob, FZ raid and events like that. Gangs would rob people on the highway all the time. But it's not like that now. Gangs are not what they used to be; players are not actively playing in gangs. LEOs are much more powerful. The ghetto is always empty. In the ghetto, where we were afraid to enter before, now we can walk around as we want. Gangs don't fight in the ghetto as much as before, they don't rob people on the highway or anywhere else. Gangs have become a place for new players to make money. I will try to change that and if I become a leader I will try to keep the gangs active. I will recruit new people and show that the gangs are active. We will walk around the ghetto and we will fight all the time, we will rob people.
- I want to be a leader as I think I can manage Bloods or any gang very well. I think I have these experiences; I have played in many organizations and I have knowledge about many things about them. I know the rules very well and my goal is to try not to get warn or verbal. Of course, in EN3 I think that in this dark ghetto period I can light up the ghetto and bring it back to its former activity.
- I want to be the leader of Bloods because I think I can manage it really well and keep it active. I will also meet with the leaders of other gangs and try to increase my activity. Together with other gangs we will do events like FZ raid, ghetto and highway robbery and we will have a lot of conflicts with LEOs. We will try to be more active in the clands, since gangs don't even participate in the clands much anymore. If I become a leader, I will manage the gang well and give bonuses to those who are active. I've been in a lot of organizations before and I've experienced this a lot. I won't allow someone with a higher rank to bully someone with a lower rank just because their rank is higher.
3- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- If I become leader, I will first work on the new gang recruitment system to improve the RP situation in the organization. If anyone disrupts the environment inside the gang by being toxic or anything else, they will be kicked out of the gang or receive a strike. It will be mandatory for everyone to follow the server RP rules. We will do many events; FZ raids, store robberies, highway or ghetto robberies, etc. and we will try to be active. We will also participate in events such as clands and battleships. Most importantly, if LEOs come to raid the gang, we will gather with our members and defend our gang. No one will be able to toxicate or bully another person because they are higher in rank and we will try to make sure that everyone in our gang joins the Bloods Discord server.
