1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I’m passionate about helping create a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. While I’ve loved the immersive experience of RP-life, I feel ready to take on a more supportive role behind the scenes, where I can help uphold the rules, resolve conflicts, and ensure that players have the best experience possible.

3. What are your strengths?
I'd say my key strengths are organization, communication, and adaptability. With my personal work experience, I am confident that I can support the players with their concerns from time-to-time and help them to follow the rules. In terms of communication, I value clarity and find it essential for collaborating effectively. Adaptability is another strength; I’ve developed it by working in fast-paced environments where I often need to pivot based on new priorities or unexpected challenges. Together, these strengths help me deliver quality work efficiently while staying flexible to meet the needs of the team.
I am also an information technology student and have knowledge about coding. That said, I can also assist players when it comes to technical issues.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One area I’ve been working on is my work ethics, it is because when I know the tasks is too easy I tend to set it aside and work for it later.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring a strong background in clear and effective communication, which is essential for addressing player concerns and ensuring that rules are understood and respected. My problem-solving skills enable me to handle complex situations calmly, finding fair solutions that align with the community guidelines and enhance the player experience.
I’m also decisive and objective when it comes to enforcing rules, ensuring consistency in my decisions while staying approachable and open to feedback. With experience in managing community dynamics, I’m skilled at de-escalating conflicts and maintaining a positive environment, which I believe are essential qualities for an admin team member.
