The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
While the Marabunta gang was planning to transport 50 barrels of oil obtained illegally to the port, the LSPD received intelligence and placed spikes on the road, the tire of the Marabunta gang's SUV burst and gang members Adver, Ace, Axerites and driver Ramo went off the road with a sudden maneuver. The vehicle that went off the road caused the deaths of Ace, Axerites and driver Ramo, and the injured Adver, who remained in the vehicle, left them to die because he knew the importance of this shipment, because if he was caught, he would be tortured and forced to talk. After Adver recovered, he made a plan with the other gangs to get back the 50 barrels of oil seized by the LSPD and they prepared to raid the place where the 50 barrels of oil were hidden. The Leos will guard the barrels in Fort Zancudo's fire shed and the gang will try to kill the Leos and take the barrels.
Why this event:
The dead gang members' biggest dream and last wish. Because with the money from this shipment, they would get rid of bad business and settle on an island in Bali and live a happy life with their families.

Assault Rifle, Jugulars.
Admin Requirements:
TP everyone, spawn cars, and give weapons.
Rules of the event:
No patching.
How is the event won?
By killing all the leos or gangs.
Prize for the winner:
200K for the winning team split.
